How acceptance works
- Remote triage. Exact model, error behaviour, photos and repair history.
- Capability check. Decide whether likely testing and repair are within scope.
- Physical assessment. Confirm internal condition and whether further work is sensible.
- Quote the next step. No advanced repair is assumed simply because the console was accepted for inspection.
Why the scope is deliberately limited
Modern consoles use dense multilayer boards, paired components, fine-pitch connectors and large BGA packages. Successful work may require specialist rework and diagnostic equipment. A professional answer sometimes means identifying the limit rather than risking further damage.

Do you replace HDMI ports?
Potentially, but only after the exact model, board condition and surrounding damage have been assessed. A no-signal fault is not always the port.
Do you perform reballing?
Not as a standard advertised service. Specialist BGA work will be declined or referred when it falls outside current capability.
Can you recover saved data?
No data-recovery service is currently offered. Assume important data may be at risk and use platform backups whenever possible.
